A community-led project based in St Thomas, Exeter
We are a group of volunteers based in St Thomas, Exeter. We work together on various projects in our community, to enhance our local green spaces. Our aim is to encourage people to get out and about, be more active, and learn more about the horticultural heritage of our area.
We plant wildflower meadows in locations around St Thomas, adding a summer splash of colour to our streets and green spaces.
We’re growing amazing fruit, vegetables and herbs all around St Thomas. We want to encourage people to ‘grow their own’, as homegrown food is healthy, fun, tasty and often has a lower carbon footprint than supermarket food. This also helps to promote biodiversity in our environment and benefits local wildlife.
Join us on our tree trail, to learn more about the facinating trees growing in our part of the city. Find out more about the rich arboricultural heritage of St Thomas.
